You never forget your first Mini... or your second... or your third...

From passing my driving test at the age of 17 and for ten years subsequently, the only cars I owned were 3 classic Minis.  I loved them because they were rare on the roads, great to drive and I fully participated in the local car club.  Other young people did not drive them at the time.  They were sort of alternative-cool.

Then in 2001 and 2004 I bought new MINIs before switching back to a classic Mini again in 2006!
