I probably wouldn't have attended had I known that my dealer, Henry Bros,
were going to have a very shiny new Cooper right next to mine, but a quick
chamois leathering and tyre wax later and he was ready to be on show. He
got an incredible amount of attention and questions asked about him and I gave a
few people a seat - including Odd Job, James Bond 007 and "Jaws"! (fab
pics to follow).
The "classic" Minis were not left out, of course, and got lots of
attention too. Obvious comparisons were made and there was a lot of "i
used to have one of those...."
